What we collect

We collect information you provide directly — your name, email, and the records you create inside GreenBird (companies, contacts, deals, tasks, referral partners, uploaded documents). We also collect limited technical data — browser type, IP address, and timestamps — for security and debugging purposes.

How we use it

We use your data to operate the service: authenticating you, storing your records, sending transactional emails (password resets, teammate invitations), and surfacing the dashboards and search results that make the app useful. We don't sell your data. We don't use it to train third-party AI models.

Data sharing

We share data only with vendors that help us deliver the service — our database provider (Supabase), hosting provider (Vercel), and any email delivery partner we use for transactional messages. Each of these has their own privacy terms. We don't share your customer records with advertisers, analytics brokers, or anyone else not strictly required to run the app.

Your rights

You can export, correct, or permanently delete any record you own at any time from within the app. For data we hold about you personally (your account, your login history), email us and we'll action the request within a reasonable window.

Retention

Archived records stay in the database until an organization owner permanently deletes them. Backups may persist for up to 30 days after deletion. Audit log entries (Activity rows) are immutable and preserved for the life of the organization.
