Terms of Service

By creating an account or using GreenBird, you agree to these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

You're responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your login credentials private. Don't use GreenBird to store data you don't have a legal right to hold, don't attempt to compromise other accounts, and don't reverse- engineer the service for competitive purposes.

You own the records you create in GreenBird — your merchants, your deals, your documents. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the service. We don't claim ownership, and we don't use your content for anything outside running the app for you.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten the security of other users, or fall materially behind on payment if a paid plan is in effect. On termination, your data stays available for export for a reasonable window before deletion.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenBird and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted in the "Last updated" date above, and we'll surface a notice in the app where feasible. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
